Niche perfumes I should try if I like woody/balsamic notes

Most of my favourite perfumes tend to have woody notes with something balsamic about them and often a base of vanilla (but not sweet). Some of the perfumes I love are By The Fireplace by Margiela and Palo Santo by Carner. Do you have fragrances to recommend me? I mostly struggle to fall in love with lighter, summery scents, they always seem to be too citrusy and not interesting enough.
Thanks!

There is one by 4160 Tuesdays which springs to mind but I can’t remember which off the top of my head. Maybe someone else knows what it’s called or if you look at their website you’ll find one you like. I’ll update when I remember it

Jo Malone English Oak and Hazelnut is fab

You could try Ambre Brule perfume by Sentir. It's not the sweet ambers you usually find (at least I don't think it is). Apparently it's got a lot of labdanum and woods in it. Worth a try maybe? Have you found another one yet?

Following as I like the same style and always struggle with perfume- I still haven’t got over the discontinuation of Armani Mania which was exactly as you describe.

I like Jo Malone myrrh and tonka bean.
