Shampoo worsening hair loss?

My hair has been dry recently and falling out a bit more. I have been on holiday. I thought I’d buy some Aussie shampoo abs the three minute miracle to give it a bit of a treat. I have never seen so much hair come out in the shower. Could it be this shampoo and conditioner as I found some reviews where people said it caused bad hair loss. I‘m so upset as it is thinning anyway due to peri. Anyone else have adverse reactions to this or other shampoos?

I’ve been using Nioxin 3 for around 4 months, and it’s really made a difference to my hair density and fall out rate.
I was getting to a stage where I was dreading washing or brushing my hair due to the amount of hair that I’d lose.
I just use the shampoo and conditioner, then use Aveda Botanical repair on the lengths and ends as it’s quite long.

I’m menopausal btw, so my hair loss was hormonal too.

Watching with interest, I’ve been using the conditioner as my usual brand wasn’t to hand. I’m shedding like nobody’s business.

I wasn’t particularly concerned as I’ve got thick hair and it does moult at certain times of the year, it could still be that but perhaps I’ll ditch the Aussie.

I've been using the new Philip Kingsley Density range and (whispering) I seem to be having less hair loss and it also looks in a better condition.

I’m trying the Philip Kingsley Elasticisor along with Boots Rosemary Oil (£8.00). Loss is negligible but can’t say as hair looks any thicker. Good Luck to anyone as I understand how awful this is.
