It will be a scam. There was a Cath Kidston one on here recently. I fell for a Lego one on the Christmas bargain ones a couple of years ago ☹️

I didn't click on the link, but I'm on their mailing list and haven't received anything similar,. So, yes, sounds like a scam.

Looks identical to real site with brand and all sale signage.
DH spent some money on there but Barclaycard stopped is as suspicious.

These days I just assume that any ad on Facebook is a scam until absolutely proven otherwise. And there is also the old adage that if something seems to be too good to be true, it probably is.

There seems to be a rash of ads on there at the moment using the names of well-known brands, often ones which have recently ceased trading or closed a lot of shops, but the urls are never the official ones. Generally best to steer clear.

I just had a look and the first two ads on my Facebook page were a scam one for a White Stuff closing down sale (website had an extra 's', ie whitestuffsuk.com) and another scam one for Berghaus. Facebook does absolutely no checking and takes no responsibility.

Bizarrely I bought some stuff (an egg box of Christmas sloths, don’t ask) from the White Stuff sale on FB and got it fine. From £20 to £4. Didn’t stop to think it might be a scam till I ordered but it turned out ok.

These scams are all over FB - you'd think they could police posts better than they do.

I fell for a Joules sale scam on fb earlier this year. My bank blocked the payment but I still had to have a new debit card issued as the scammers had all of my details.
