Philips Lumea or RoseSkinCo Lumi IPL Device?

Looking at both of these, as a newbie to the world of IPL! Any experiences? I hear a lot of good reviews of Philips but see a big price difference…

Would like the easiest really, that involves the least amount of time commitment. I think Lumea is once a week to begin with, reducing to every other week and then less or as and when?

How does RoseSkinCo Lumi compare?

I have the Lumea cordless model. But I've never used it cordless as it's not as powerful that way. So I'd avoid anything cordless.
The user manual and timescales aren't necessarily that helpful. My leg hair took over a year to zap, not the 3 month period that Lumea suggested. I was late 40's when I started and had waxed for 30yrs.
3yrs on I zap once or twice a month although almost no hair grows in between sessions. It's very weird tbh!
