I am 19 weeks pregnant and have a 13 month old DD and unfortunately fitness hasn't been top of my agenda in the last 2 years.
I am a little overweight but I am being carefull this time not to pile 3 stones like I did for my first pregnancy.

BUT: is there anything I can do now to make my arms less saggy, fat and horrible? I don't want to start excercise now as my body would be in shock and it's not the right time, but surely there are a few movements I can do every day which would help so I can wear tee-shirts this summer?
I have never had pretty arms but I caught a glimpse of them yesterday and they are now truly atrocious. HELP!

Stand arms length away from a wall. Put your feet together. Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height, palms flat, so you are leaning slightly forward.

Do very slow 'press-ups' against the wall, holding for a second when you have your arms fully bent, then slowly pushing back out.

you can do that when pregnant no problem, no lying down or anything.

Thank you. How many a day do you think for it to be effective say in 3 months? I take it only cardio would make me lose the fat, this would just tone them up?
