I was at a festival a couple of weeks ago and there was an infinite variety of styles - so it really depends how you want to look. And whether there are any practical considerations. Will you be camping on site? Using the portaloos or a more elite option? Do you want throwaway stuff or clothes you’ll wear this Autumn / next Summer?

And how much do you want to spend?

From experience, practicality is the most important thing.
Good comfy shoes. Mud-proof is ideal & definitely nothing you would hate to get ruined.
A pac-a-mac in case of rain.
If you know what the weather will be like, dress for the temperature. But remember it can get freezing into the evening at festivals, so a light jacket to match your outfit (or even to sit on) usually comes in handy.
Then, the fun stuff! Face / hair glitter. Vinted is great for anything you won't wear again or don't want to spend a fortune on 😊
