My nails are awful, is there anything that can help?

Bendy, split, awful. Whether I diligently rub oil in them, paint them with strengthening varnish, leave them alone, have gels, have proper manicure with normal polish- nothing makes a difference.
I take Vit D, Vit B, and biotin. Have been in Spain for a week, nada. I've tried Sally Hansen, Nailberry, Nails Inc, you name it.
Help MN nail gurus! I want to have smart grown up nails, not crap ones!

Nails Inc Back to Life is excellent.

Kelp tablets from the health food shop. They work wonder on your nails hair and skin

There is nothing as good as IBX treatments. Find a nail tech that offers it. It repairs existing damage/splitting and strengthens the nail - the results are amazing. It was the only thing that worked for me after a couple of bad gel removals. I'm doing my nail tech training now and do it on myself every two weeks or when I take my gel off and my naturally paper thin, splitty, crap nails have never been better.

No problem. Here’s how they look now, I’ll see what’s happened underneath in a few weeks!

OPI Nail Envy.

Pricey but worth every penny.

Regular IBX nail treatments (I do this at home) but without any gel or other nail polish. Keeping them short and moisturised and buffed. And a hair, skin and nail supplement along with daily collagen supplementation.

I have to cut my nails weekly now as they grow so quickly! I also can only cut them when soaked as they are so strong.

A good BIAB application will definitely help. A nail tech who knows what they are doing will be able to advise and help. Cuticle oil daily, do not pick any gel or nail polish as you'll be damaging the nail massively. My nails used to feel so weak after gel but I've been using BIAB now for 2 years and it's been a game changer!

OPI nail envy is a great alternative but a bit ££.
