Giving up on my fuzzy hair

My curly hair is in such bad condition I think because I used to where weave in hair extensions but I stopped that just over a year ago.

I have tried the full package of only curls and olaplex. Also tried so many brands of shampoos, conditioners and hair mask. I don't straighten or hair dry my hair. But nothing will give me curls for more than a day. I use a satin pillowcase and I wake up and my hair looks so frizzy and dry, so dry like it's ready to just snap off.

So then I condition it and put leave in conditioner and olive oil cream in. But I think it's so bad for it to condition it so much because everytime I wet it and run my fingers through it I get so much hair loss.

I used to be able to get 3 days without washing or conditioning it. Now I just get one. Is this it now? Do I just have to get used to it?

Even if I found a hair dresser that specialises in curly hair I feel too embarrassed to go because it's just so thin it's going to look horrible anyway. At the moment I put clip in hair extensions in and wear it in a pony.

What else can I do?

Have you tried the Joico K-Pak range? I find it one of those ranges that actually does what it says it will.

I also hear good stuff about Philip Kingsley's Elasticiser though I haven't tried it myself.

No I'll have a look into them thanks. Maybe I just need to chop it all off and start again but my hair grows at a snails pace and I don't suit short hair as I have a protruding nose and flat back if the head. Ugh

Go to the curl specialist & ask for advice.
I have curly hair but sounds very different to yours; but I only get 1-2 days of it looking nice before the frizz sets in.
