Cosy autumn "luxury"slippers

Does anyone have any fabulous slippers to replace my just sheepskin ones that sadly have flattened after two years. They are a classic sheepskin mule like ugg scuffette but from just sheepskin

Are the ugg worth it?

Also consider other types but preferably ones easy on/off. I have seen some wonderful colourful patterned ones but can't remember where

Given that I will wear them 50% of my waking time I'm happy to invest!

I just bought actual low Ugg boots, and have never worn them outside. They're so warm in winter.

That's what I wear in winter and like you I don't wear them out. They're solely for slipper use.
This will be my third winter with them.so they last too.

I have had these (but in Antique) for 6 years now and they are as great as the first day I wore them. I love them like my own children and wear them every day apart from summer. Lots of different variations of this model but they make great slippers.

Celtic booties
Absolutely fabulous. I wear in summer too, never too hot

I'm currently on my second pair of good brand similar versions hoping to find something cheaper but when these are done I'm going back to celtic.

Just ordered these.
I’ve had Ugg moccasins two years running, they don’t really wear well. Fitflop used to make really sturdy slippers but no more, sadly.

I’ve had Ugg, Celtic and Co, Bear Paw, various others, and Shepherd of Sweden sheepskin slippers/scuffs. IME Shepherd of Sweden are the best quality. Best thickness of sheepskin.
Yes, I’ve been through many over the years! Love them. Nothing says ‘I’m home’ like putting on my slippers.

I love sheepskin ballet slippers from Wooloves. They arevery comfortable because they don't have rigid plastic or rubber soles.

I’m following as I’m also thinking of investing but wasn’t sure Ugg branded ones were worth the money. Costco do some fab Ugg dupes which are a very reasonable price but not sure when they usually have them in stock.

I have Ugg moccasins - they have held their shape really well, and are in fantastic condition after 6 years of daily (loved) wear
I am very tempted ( and have occasionally nipped out in them)
Very warm - although boots may be warmer

I buy Vionic slippers. They're not cheap and aren't the most luxurious, but they have a proper sole designed to provide support. I was having a real problem with other slippers wearing down on one side and making my feet sore, whereas I feel like the Vionic ones are really good for me.

Ugg every time. I'm on my second pair. I've had them for three years and probably need a new pair. Had a pair for the same amount of time before them.

I've got some felted wool slide on slippers from Hotter, very nice. But I don't think they do them now. You can get them from Etsy and other places though.

My ugg slippers lasted about three years before the lining wore down at the toes. And they got worn a lot.

I got given some sheepskin House of Brurar slippers as a gift which are the same style as ugh and they are gorgeous. So cosy on bare feet. They’ve had about six months of wear so far and still feel nice and fluffy inside.
