Best at home hair dye - brown hair?

Which actually disguises/covers very well and for more than two hair washes!

Im after a good brand - colour wise a more natural brown, not too dark or red.

What do you like or would recommend and best colour protecting shampoo! I’ve used Elvive, Pantene and now on Aussie.

Blonde but found the Josh wood colour good.

I use Nutrisse, my hair dresser even complimented me on it looking natural!

I use esalon- costs a bit more at £20 a go (I think) but I tend to do a full dye once in a blue moon and just do the roots, mixing half of it in a bowl. It’s good because they make the colour for you and if you don’t like that one you can say “a bit lighter next time…” or whatever.
