i would wear a fur shrug / bolero in fake mink brown.
then bronze satin shoes

or dark burnished gold for bolero and shoes

NOT black - wrong.

going to find links

sparkleymummy · 28/02/2008 14:56

Ooo lovely shoes.

Not sure my budget will stretch though since also needing to buy work stuff for return to work in five weeks. And am on mat leave so haven't been paid for two months. And moving house. And car needs servicing.

I'm going to be so broke!

shocking pink shoes! fabulous and wild card.

sparkleymummy · 28/02/2008 15:12

Ooo pink. My dining room is green with shocking pink accents. Never thought of doing it with clothes.

Gold or bronze shoes might get a bit more use going forward though.

Ooh, Coast now do shoes!

sparkleymummy · 28/02/2008 15:27

Do we think the coast anjolie ones are too much with the dress?

OP posts:
flowerybeanbag · 28/02/2008 15:29

The gold ones or the bright pink ones?

sparkleymummy · 28/02/2008 15:33

Maybe the pink plus the flower at the ankle would be a bit much.

I have no idea. I'm a fashion clutz and major shopaphobe hence the reason for the post in the first place. I'm 34 this year and still have stuff in my wardrobe from university.

OP posts:
nailpolish · 28/02/2008 15:38

omg i would def wear these

flowerybeanbag · 28/02/2008 15:38

Gold anjolie ones then? They're nice, don't go for pink if you will be all conscious of them and looking at your feet all the time wondering if they are a bit lairy.

hermykne · 28/02/2008 15:39

ANJOLIE for definite they are gorgeus and you ll wear them again with black 3/4 legth white top funky jkt or with summer dresses or , divine, you wont wear the gold again in a rush.

get a scarf(dare i say pasmi...no i wont say it ) in pink just to keep the chill at bay on the day should it be nippy.

hermykne · 28/02/2008 15:40

PINK not gold.

nailpolish · 28/02/2008 15:40

i quite like this although id tuck strap away and its a bargain

nailpolish · 28/02/2008 15:41

argh dont get a pashmina

hermykne · 28/02/2008 15:41

you ll be looking at your ankles saying "pretty damn fine", and so will everyone else.
