Serum/Face Cream Recommendations for late 50s

Hello

I'm 58 and trying to make the best of my sagging red face...

I'm confused about the usefulness of serum and collagen. I have no estrogen so my skin has really suffered in last 3 years. Recently I've been using coconut oil at night, no major changes or problems. I don't wear make up.

Anyone able to recommend products good for this age and lifestage?

Thank you

Try the boots no.7 future renew range. I've used very expensive creams and serums before which were fine, but this range is fantastic. I use the serum, then a vitamin c oil and day/ night cream. It has really evened out my skin tone.

Thanks @fireflyloo
Will investigate

I'm same age and have just discovered the joy which is The Ordinary line of products. A little complicated to navigate what you actually need- so a bit of reading up and finding out what's required is in order. But it's cheap. And it's good. And I love it. ❤️

Any suggestions to help with lines? I'm similar age, I realise I'm asking for the moon on a stick here but worth a try!

I’m in a similar situation. Really wanted to go for the Immortelle cream by L’Occitane, I had a sample and it was amazing, but it’s £80. So I started by adding the Upcircle serum to my usual night cream, which has made a noticeable difference. I have now added the Upcircle night cream and my skin is soft and glowy!

You could consider cerave or cetaphil night creams mixed with Inkey List hyaluronic acid. Inexpensive but it works imo

Another vote for Upcircle.
I’m 53 and use the day and night cream and the serum. Been using it for about 3 weeks and it’s made a difference to my very mild rosacea.
And the smells are divine!

The night cream is fantastic.

Creams won't affect your changing jaw structure or hormonal changes.

Thank you all for your recommendations.
I'll have a look at them. I have had rosacea so up circle sounds useful.

I know nothing will sort the sagging, but I want to look as well as I can skin wise. and if I smile constantly the sagging is less obvious 😁

I've just ordered the Upcircle serum, eye cream & moisturiser so thanks to the PP who recommended that.

You won't be disappointed 😊

Dermatica. It’s the best thing I’ve used in years. I have the nourishing kit which is cleanser, serum and moisturiser plus a tret/hydroquinone treatment for night only. It’s making a noticeable difference to my skin (am in my 50s) and my skin feels healthier all round.

I have bought no.7 future renew serum and upcircle stuff. I expect miracles 😁
