Best quality knitwear - the perfect black turtleneck

Seeking your recommendations for the perfect black wool turtleneck/poloneck/rollneck for a budget of around £100/150. Have had a major clear out selling/donating and want to buy less but better and happy to buy second hand. Am thinking ahead for autumn/winter as during my clear out my 15+ year old favourite black wool polo has been feasted on by moths.

Happy with a little stretch added but ideally no manmade fibres. Any suggestions for any good quality woollen wear gratefully received - I've got a few much loved chunky woollens from Finisterre and hand knitted from Iceland but need something a bit sleeker/smarter for work.

I got a pure cashmere M&S polo neck and a Jaegar one and they are both smart and good quality. I put in the hand wash in the machine. Also, to avoid moths in future try the Rentokil moth papers

If you want top quality, look at John Smedley knit ware. You might get something in the sale, clearance or on even on Vinted. If you are anywhere near Derbyshire, their factory shop is very very good value!
