Shoes for bridesmaid dress

If you were going to wear a floor length dark green bridesmaid dress, what colour/style shoes would you wear? They need to have a lowish heel. Strappy? Round toed? Pointed? Keep it simple? Gold? Nude? I'm finding it hard to decide.

I’d go with a low heeled sling back I suppose, but that’s because I’m useless in heels and strappy things seem to dig into feet making it even more uncomfortable to walk.

Russell and Bromley have lots of lower heeled shoes. Isn’t there a colour code for shoes? I quite like the idea of silver ones if you get free choice.

Its all very sage green and white, we are having gypsophila in our hair. Budget is ideally no more than £40.
