Bobbi Brown hydrating v vitamin repair moisturiser?

I am in my late 40s and my skin is dry and aging.

I used Dermalogica for years and it isn't working for me anymore. I tried Trinny's products - serums and moisturiser and they didn't work for me either - they left a film on my skin.
Has anyone used Bobbi Brown's creams and did you find them good before I make another expensive mistake?

Thank you in advance.

Just bought the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Skin Tint, it's excellent

I was looking at it. How does it compare to Erborian?

Not had the Erborian, but a better match for me than Nars, Clarins etc, and really nice texture

Thank you. I ended up ordering the BB cream last night and a new product from Erborian called red control as my children keep asking me why my face is so red. Nothing like the honesty of kids eh!

Haven’t tried the Bobbi Brown but have used the Erborian red correct for a couple of years and really like it.

Thats great to hear. I only came across it yesterday. I have used Erborian BB cream for years though. The red control looks like wizardry!

I use some BB make up but not skin care. I have had a lot of samples of skincare from them. Most are ok but not worth the cost and many are highly perfumed.
I really don't like their 'vitamin' selling point. It's an insult to intelligence.

Putting vitamins on your face is pointless! With the exception of Vit C as a brightener, or Vit A as retinol (on prescription.)

You can get better skin by eating healthy food. Using SPF 50 every day and saving your money for fillers or similar tweaks if you want that!
