Help... flying in 4 days, haven't bought any clothes!

Flying to Tenerife in four days, and I'm struggling to buy anything especially as I've left it so late.

I want to look effortlessly chic (big ask I know!) simple colour pallete, no bright vivid colours, and material suitable for very hot weather.

I'm thinking I need a few maxi type dresses, a beach shirt, bikini or swimsuit, sandals, shorts and tees. I'm a size 6 if that helps.

So far all I have bought is an allsaints beach bag and aa ted baker hat, pic attched.

Any ideas really welcomed and appreciated, especially if delivery can be next day. I've never been to Tenerife before so I feel very unsure about what I need.

What summer clothes do you have already, then your/we can identify any gaps.

You normally take more on holiday than you wear in my experience. Kimono that goes with bikini and to cover shoulders when you’ve had enough sun. Denim shorts. Couple of vests. Strappy dresses for evenings. Assume you have some basics to take already?

Why not have some fun and buy some clothes in Tenerife? And what you need depends on where you are staying. It's got a huge mountain in the middle so the south side of Tenerife is usually hot and sunny like a desert, whereas the north can be cloudy and cooler because of the wind coming in off the sea. If you go up Mount Teide use plenty of sunscreen or cover up, it's very high and in the thinner air you can get sunburnt very quickly.

I'd stick on a neutral pallet with a bit of blue thrown in.
Your bag and hat are good starting points plus through in some gold and tan footwear plus some nice jewellery.
You don't say how old you are put these are the sorts of things I would take-l am in my 50's but would sadly give these bikinis a miss as they won't work for me.

Thank you all, these are very helpful. I don't think I have anything suitable currently in my existing wardrobe, perhaps a couple of plain vest tops in white and navy, some white plain trainers, and sunglasses. I don't own shorts or summer dresses, I usually keep in the shade during the summer in thin leggings and a vest top. I would really like to feel a bit more put together on holiday but feel abit out of my depth as I don't really know how to dress for the heat. I'm mid thirties if that helps with suggestions.

Some great ideas @justanothercat thats a great starting point, thank you.
