Cotton wafty kaftan/cover up for holiday - a quest

I thought it would be easy to find something to replace my old cover up, but I am struggling. My requirements are:
Cotton (light and wafty)
Light colours (so I can throw it over a wet bikini at lunch without boob patches)
Mid thigh length (so I can sit and have lunch without I decently exposing myself)
Boob coverage
Pockets (dream on?)
Max £50

Can anyone direct me to something that ticks my boxes?

Arghh @Thinkle - that is right up my street, but only available in XS now, I should have logged back in earlier!

Reviews say it comes up huge so possibly the xs would work ?
