Accessorising a jade green dress

I have a wedding to go to. My dress is jade green, the colour of this dress. FYI this is not the dress I am wearing, but the colour is the nearest I can find.

The dress is quite simple, which is what I like, but then I want to up the look with accessories.

I need shoes, earrings, and bracelet and a bag as it is sleeveless, but has a distinctive neckline.

Long dark straight hair, mid back length. Up or down, which I will have to do myself as no where near a hairdresser and any curl falls out after 10 mins.

My skin tone is olive.

Silver, gold, dulled gold or metallic?

That’s emerald green, surely, not jade. Maybe grass green into emerald? Isn’t jade lighter? (I’m wearing emerald earrings atm.)

Purple is what you want. And if it’s more than three weeks away it’ll be Autumn , so a good excuse for velvet. (If your actual dress is a similar fabric to the photo then metallics would surely be a bit much?)

Purple velvet platform sandals. This is the closest to what I mean, in shape and colour intensity, though not exactly the right shade.

The wedding is in 2 weeks, and is in Greece, so still very hot.

Given you’re going to be in Greece I would do my hair up or at least half up half down. It’s going to be hot and depending where you are potentially windy too

You could do the purple as a bag or throw round shoulders. And maybe necklace.

I think but not sure that all purple or all gold would be too much.

This necklace is stunning not sure if it will go with dress but garnet or burgundy earrings maybe.

Definitely gold if you go metallic, but I love hot pink with that shade of green.

I have a similar dress, it looks amazing with leopard print heels and gold jewellery.
