Where can I buy a white silk or satin T-shirt please?

I'm in London for the day and will have a bit of time to shop. Going to be at the v and a first aid wondering if anyone knows where I might find a silk or satin T-shirt? I'm wanting something to wear under a blazer. I'm also trying to look online but not having much luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the black M&S one and it’s really nice. I ordered the white but it’s completely see through. You’d need a cami underneath.

Thank you so much- I definitely don't want a see through one but I did get the last one from H&M so I'm hopeful that it will fit! Fingers crossed
