Best shampoo and conditioner for curly, frisky hair please

Just that really. My hair is getting curler and frizzier (peri maybe?) and my present shampoo can't cope. Any recommendations please?

I use the Umberto Giannini curly hair shampoo/conditioner, but also a good curl cream afterwards to tame it down! Currently using Curly Ellie's strong hold gel (which is curl cream really), which is a little bit pricier than I would like.

If you want curls Cantu, if you want more defined waves then I recommend Noughty. If you want a little more control than now any SLS free shampoo and silicone free conditioner.

I rarely use other products except for a protein mask when my curls go flat.

Never touch a hair dryer air dry all the way.

You need a shampoo that doesn’t strip oils, and a conditioner that is silky and heavy. I’d also suggest running a little moroccan oil or other keratin oil through most of your hair (but not near scalp) after you’ve washed it. If you still have frizz, use more oil.

I did not have success with Cantu or with anti-frizz products like John Frieda. At the moment I’m using OGX’s coconut miracle repair range which I’m very pleased with. For more money I also love Sebastien’s penetraitt range, and the Prija protective shampoo/conditionerz

Have you tried olaplex? My friend with 'frizzy' hair swears by it.
