Has something happened with Hush? Non existent customer service!

Has something happened to them? I'm having problems with an order as it hasn't arrived and there seems to be nobody to help me! They seem to have some kind of overflow customer service team who can't do anything to help, are just taking messages! Nobody replies to emails either!

Am getting quite worried I'm going to end up in a situation out of pocket with no items.

The last time I contacted them was quite some time ago but they had amazing service then! Anyone else had similar problems?!

Look on Trustpilot. It seems to be an issue.

Their Insta page has heaps of complaints. Refunds have always taken ages but they used to be good with dispatch times. I do think Hush have rapidly over expanded and like many companies now spend too much money on gifting influencers and hosting events aka freebies and this money would be better spent on decent customer service. They have also increased in price too much and this is not reflected in the quality at times.

Yea I think you are right. Such a shame as I have always loved Hush but definitely not what they used to be. Just had a look at both Trust Pilot and insta page and I'm shocked!

Well, they've got a Sale on. Things always slow down when there's more to ship.

I placed an order on Sunday, and it has just dispatched....fingers crossed it arrives OK.....

Delays in refunds might suggest they have no ££? I was about to order a dress from there but not sure I will.

I returned something recently and it was over a week before i got notification about a refund which felt ages (I'm so used to instant communication these days!).

It seems to be more the fact that it looks like it's impossible to speak to them. That makes me nervous about ordering from them.

John Lewis stock Hush. It might be sensible to order via them.

John Lewis seems to be having a Hush clearance sale, which made me wonder whether Hush is in some kind of trouble.

There has been loads of Hush in TK Maxx recently.

Their sale is massive at the moment - loads of stuff less than half price. Seems a bit suss. But I always thought charging £100 for a bog standard maxi dress was overpriced - maybe I’m not the only one. I love their stuff (except for their enormous sizing which is ridiculous) but it’s a bit worrying when you see such a huge amount of discounting.
