9ct Gold necklace with a pendant

Do you have any suggestions? It's for a big birthday present for myself using money I've been given. I've been looking for ages in all the places that typically come up with a Google search and haven't found the right thing yet. I don't want vermeil or plated. Up to £300 budget.

The picture I've attached is the closest I've come but I am concerned that the way the chain goes through the pendant would make it difficult to replace if it were to break.

Have a look at Stone & Strand on Net a Porter. I have a lovely gold and diamond necklace DP gave me at Christmas and it’s held up fine being worn everyday so far, they’re very pretty

I had the London Road one and the chain is very fragile . It broke when I was wearing it and I lost it. Bought a replacement and the chain broke again so took it back to JL and complained. They refunded the cost and said they had had lots of complaints about the necklace. Such a shame as it’s really pretty.

Have a look at Zohreh V,several nice (and a bit different) 9k pendant necklaces on there,or you can buy chains and pendants separately. I have some earrings from there and they’re lovely,I never take them out and have also bought some as gifts. Think they’ve just had a sale though (it was 15 or 20% off,I think),so if you’re not in a rush,maybe wait until the next sale if you see something you like.

Etsy is cool but I also like antique jewellers, I find vintage jewellery was often made better.
