Can anything be done to improve lines around the mouth?

I watched some video that said they come once the ovaries have finished and it certainly seems to have coincided time wise for me.

I’m on HRT and have been without issue for a year. But the line that’s set started a good two years ago or more. No smoking or sucking straws. It’s literally just age.

I’ve heard fillers are a no as it affects the way the mouth moves. Anything else?

Not really no. You could start retinol if you don’t already use it but the only things that will make a big difference are injectables or surgery.

if you go to a reputable, skilled injector it won’t affect the way your mouth moves.

No. No creams will do anything to that.

Well that’s something! I need to find an excellent injector of fillers I think. Where does one find one of those?

I don’t think filler would look good in that area.

My doctor has recommended Morpheus 8 (radio frequency and micro needling) so I’m going to try that later in the year. (Once I save up). You do the whole face but she has said it’s good for fine lines in that area.

I’m using Avon creams containing protinol and it seems to be Looking better.

If you don't already get a prescription for tretinoin from dermatica.co.uk

It's amazing stuff and will transform your skin long term. I'm late 30s but mum late 60s and her skin look amazing after a year of use.

Definitely helped the lines around my eyes soften

I was using Tret but my skin didn’t like it. I have well managed rosacea abs hit it under control using a careful combination of creams. I don’t want to mess with that.
