Opinions on what to do with my hair?

I have very fine hair, which goes wavy/vaguely curly. I like it when it does this when it first goes dry but usually over the day the waves fall out and it just looks a bit limp. I usually bleach and tone by hair to make it a white/ashy blonde. I've been doing this for years, but I'm starting to get bored and dissatisfied with my hair, and it's kinda annoying how fast the whiteness fades to brassy. My hairdresser doesn't recommend I use extensions to thicken it too often because they can cause damage to bleached hair. I'm so bored with it that it usually just gets clipped up out the way at the minute so I don't have to think about it.
Do you think there's a colour that would suit me more? Or maybe even a different length? I did have it short and loved it but wanted to try and grow it out, however I'm starting to think the longer it gets the thinner it looks!
Tia for any advice, would love any and all opinions!

You are lucky that you have some curl to it, maybe its just me but I would dye it a brighter blonde and go very short like this

It looks nice as it is and I think it would suit you one or two inches shorter too.

Pawpatrollermum · 20/07/2023 20:13

I think a pixie cut, like above would suit. Or a short funky fringe. You’ve got a lovely face and would definitely suit shorter hairstyles x

Ginger absolutely would look lovely on you! Healthy for hair still a lot of upkeep thou x

Clearoutre · 27/07/2023 17:42

I'd be tempted to go darker and make your eye colour really pop! Ginger would be transformative, this photo of Emma Stone (albeit with green eyes, I think yours are blue?) is a beautiful example.

I'd go pixie cut if I were you

TheHorneSection · 27/07/2023 17:44

I was thinking ginger too, that Emma Stone haircut would be great on you.

Tomatina · 27/07/2023 18:21

Agree with the poster who suggested the Emma Stone haircut, it would look fantastic. But for colour I'd go for a more definite blonde, it could be brighter or darker or more gold. This would give more contrast with your skin - your current shade is a bit pale.

U are very pretty op

Whataretalkingabout · 27/07/2023 20:34

Some really good suggestions here OP. All of them actually! I agree you might go warmer and darker/ brighter and a few inches shorter. Darker would make your hair appear thicker. Colors seem to be going warmer too. This would give your hair a chance to recover and regain natural body.
A pixie would be cute on you too but maybe not if your hair is actually curly rather than wavy.
What will you do?

Kimfluencer · 27/07/2023 21:06

You’d be a great red head!

FLOWER1982 · 27/07/2023 21:08

What a pit pastel pink ?

Tiqtaq · 27/07/2023 21:44

I think it looks lovely as it is

gogogo98 · 27/07/2023 22:25

You don't need to do anything. It looks lovely length and colour

I prefer colour you are now

RedLem0nade · 28/07/2023 13:52

Would you try curly? I think darker/reddish would be fab.

Either pastel pink or a peach toner just to liven it up and see how you feel. You would suit copper, but I tried to dye my bleached blonde hair copper last year and it went very wrong. The colour wouldn't stay in the hair and I had to spend a fortune fixing it. You have such a cute pretty face!

Grimwood · 28/07/2023 15:44

I have very similar hair to you - I’d be a bit wary of going copper unless very certain. I went copper and a deeper auburn for a year or so - I loved it at the time but growing it out was awful! And I didn’t want to ruin my hair by having the colour removed ( because of how fine it is!) so I had this weird flat greyish tinge as it grew out that no amount of toners etc seem to help with!

TRexTara · 28/07/2023 16:08

Yes, copper can go really wrong. That's why I would recommend a different tint at the hairdressers to see whether it really is the colour you want to change.

Ladyoftheknight · 28/07/2023 16:34

Your curl might hold better with shorter hair. Auburn/ginger/strawberry blonde would suit you to a T!

MissesMorkan · 28/07/2023 16:37

I like it as it is.
