I need to give myself a pedicure this weekend as can't afford to get it done before we go away next week. Annoyingly I've had to take a set of gels off as they didn't cut the nails short enough as they started growing in. I've ordered an electric nail file off Amazon as need to try and get last of gel off that won't soak off - and to smooth my ridges out a bit.
I've got decent base and top coat, a scrub and have cut them short and will file them. What else do I need to do that a professional would do? Cuticles? I'll try and persuade DH to do the massage after at least, and don't really need to file the skin as I've been using a good cream which has kept them OK
