Can’t keep on top of my greasiness

I am on medication that seems to have excessive oil production as a side effect. It has taken me a while to click on to this.

On the one hand, bonus, I hopefully won’t get loads of wrinkles as I get older, but I am struggling to cope with the level of secretion. My hair only lasts until 2pm, 3pm max before it is disgustingly greasy (leaving comb mark tracks in it) and my skin, while it doesn’t shine with oil, has a thick, dirty feeling after a few hours. I honestly don’t know how to manage this. I am not breaking out in spots but my hair is really lank, even straight from the shower. and my skin is no longer bright. Can I have some tips and tricks? I shower morning and night now as I am so uncomfortably greasy by bedtime I can’t sleep, and if I have slept on it then my hair is too greasy to style. I no longer wear make up as it blocks the oil into my pores and feels awful! I need help!

Can you ask for a different brand of the same med from your drs clinical pharmacist? You can have a phone appt with ours.

Acnecide is very drying for skin in thin layers. Dry shampoo and Vosene are drying too.
