Hi all,
recently as part of working on my mental health issues I have been focusing on self care and found that having a good skincare routine morning and night is really helping with routines etc - and obviously making a difference to my skin my routine is as follows:
Morning:
Face wash
Exfoliating toner
Vitamin c serum
Under eye brightening cream
Moisturiser with sunscreen in
Night:
Cleansing balm (removes makeup)
Face wash (2 nights a week replaced with exfoliating face wash)
Night cream / moisturiser
i would like to add a serum to the night routine do I just go with the same vitamin c one I have used in the morning or should I be using a specific night one and if so which ones would you recommend?
as I say this is all new to me so any tips appreciated.
