What should I book re hair colouring - description below!

I have naturally mid brown hair. I'm now salt and pepper from the roots.
At the moment my hair is really light towards the ends from a previous balayage.
What should I book to get the one of the following looks?

(I need to book online and won't have chance to take the photos in before my appointment so no chance to ask the salon)

I had something similar and it was a colour with a few highlights.

Highlights with all over colour maybe.
Take the pictures with you anyway as they wouldn't know until seeing your hair what's possible and what they need to do
