Is there an alternative to toast and cos for short people ? Same quality?

Hi , absolutely love the winter toast dresses . Every single one have tried have been actually longer than i am !
i am five foot 1. I have a bust . ( 30 c)
toast dresses are always too long . There is no point buying , then altering due to the. Expense plus it wd change the proportions.

please could anyone tell me any good quality clothing brands for similar dresses that would have a toast like vibe , but would actually fit me

? For eg i saw a company called calm( before the storm ?) beautiful dresses but about 6 foot long and size s was bust 48 .

It hasn't changed that much. In 1957 the average height of UK women was 5ft 2; now it's 5ft 4.5

also maybe Muji? has always been cut to quite short proportions, in my experience.
