I had a facial yesterday and she used one of these on me? Does anyone here use them regularly - are they good or bad and if good any recommendations for one? TIA

Slightly different to what you're looking for but a Foreo Luna is good. It's a vibrating textured silicone brush which is much easier to keep clean than a traditional brush.

You can also vary the speed and use it to massage in other products like serum and moisturiser.

They are quite pricey though I think? Is this something I will use regularly I'm asking myself or will it end up sitting on the shelf? Do they really work or are even needed? As you can tell I don't know much about them.

You can get a foreo play which are in the cheaper end. I definitely notice the difference when I use mine. My skin feels like it's had a much deeper clean and I definitely notice less clogged and smaller pores. I dip in and out of using mine but it's one of my top face tools to have

I have a Clarisonic and also a Luna. Both are effective, although I preferred the Clarisonic, but I don't think they are made any more.
However, I changed skin care about 2 years ago, so don't use either any more.
