Dors anyone have any experience of Halara?

I've made the mistake of clicking on their ads and now my feed is full of them.

I've never heard of them and am usually very skeptical of FB advertising, but everything looks so comfortable and a bit more interesting then the usual comfy stuff

Me. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers and a pair of shorts. They were nice but the trousers are not worth the money so I decided to return the trousers. Raised a return and they emailed me to say that I can keep them and they refunded the money ! It was £72 so I'm a bit shocked.

I bought some tennis skirts - they took a while to come but they’re excellent quality, as good as lululemon or sweaty Betty

I got sucked in too.
keeping one pair though but having an absolute nightmare trying to raise a return on the app & web page.
has anyone managed to raise a return for Halara?

Obviously can't answer for @Diggetydawg but I think these come from china and the like and a lot of things that do, it simply isn't worth the time to send them back so they have this as a response. Usually it's not a full refund but it's cheaper than sending back.
