What bag and accessories for this dress?

Bought this dress in winter to wear for a wedding in August, it’s dark but I loved it and will get more wear at other evening functions. Already bought nude high heel courts to go with it and so far all looks good together.

I do not have a nude or green bag to go with it but need to lighten up the look somehow. What would you recommend for bag / jewellery (no headpieces). Thank you.

Gold necklace and bracelet, thinking chunky gold necklace and bracelet.

It is very dark for August. And the lace makes it more so. (It’s somehow more wintery than black!)

I would not choose either ‘nude’ or gold accessories. I’d think of it as the colour of a leaf and consider other colours that might be seen in a Summer garden. Violet, yellow, ivory - or, best of all, bright pink.

Thank you. I am a bit mitt I bought it in winter in a different mood, but if I am honest, I don’t care too much about this wedding, it was an excuse to buy the dress.

I was thinking white pearl covered clutch from Oliver Bonas and white pearl earrings to brighten… But I do have a bright pink Furla Metropolis, will try it - good shout.
