Help finding shoes and earrings for this dress

Hello oh wise ones, I've just bought this lovely dress from Monsoon for a family reunion dinner. I need to find shoes and earrings to go with it.

I need the shoes to be flat, I can't do heels.

And I have my ear lobes 3 times in each car, so I can have play around with fhe earrings a bit.

I'm blonde, and 43 if that helps! Budget is high street shops...nothing major.

No clue where to start...any suggestions? Thank you!

Someone posted some really nice basket woven flats that would go nicely with this I can't remember what they were called though sorry! Like brown basket shoes?! Possibly Mexican??
