I'd say that's just a standard medium brown.

Hard to say because the lighting is very warm in that pic. Taken at a different time of day, that hair would look a completely different shade. Could you google images of hair dye boxes and choose your fave from those?!

Casting Creme Gloss medium brown or chocolate brown is like that. Chocolate Brown came out slightly darker on me but might be right for you (might be my screen though).
