Help me find a wedding dress

I am getting married in September. It's a registry office affair, followed by a buffet tea at a local cafe.
It was booked fairly short notice so I don't have time to go to a proper bridal boutique and order something - and I don't want to spend ££££ on a dress that I'll be wearing for half a day either.

I really like this style... www.simplybe.co.uk/shop/p/mn658 but it's sold out in my size.

Ideally, I'm looking for a sleeveless dress in a size 22/24. I would have considered tea length, but then one of my bridesmaids bought her dress first and it's a very formal, floor length gown and I feel like it might look a bit odd for me to be in a shorter dress now, so floor length it is. I like white, but I'm not committed to it. Bridesmaids and groom are in navy blue.

I'm very busty (36J) with a big stomach but no butt.

Top budget around £300.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Have a look at Wed2B. I am a 22-24 and 44G and bought my dress there but it's over your budget. You could find something you liked, then look for it on Vinted....!

You can also try on different styles and see what you like when it's on as opposed to what looks good online!

I know you said sleeveless, but my friend wore this and it is absolutely stunning.

Thanks @LadyPenelope68. I already tried that one and my boobs wouldn't fit 😕 it is BEAUTIFUL though.

Thanks @Raera! I never thought to look at Curvissa but it looks like they have some nice options. I love the pale blue one you linked earlier too.

You are amazing! I've just sent her a message to check sizes. Thank you!

I keep circling back to Monsoon but all their models are super thin with no boobs and I struggle to imagine what they'd look like on me. I think it's time to take the plunge and order a few to try. Thank you!

I might do that next weekend. Did they have a lot of options in your size when you went in?

@SkyesMama yes, easily 20+ designs in my size, but I bought the second dress I tried on!

@SkyesMama What did you end up going for in the end if you don’t mind me asking?! 😊😅 I’m a very similar shape and size and have 6 weeks to find something 😅

SkyesMama · 27/02/2024 21:46

@Inyourwildestdreams so I very nearly went for the original one, but then the zipper kept failing and I was paranoid about it splitting in the middle of my vows (and after reading the reviews, it seems I wasn't the only one with the same problem!).
I went for this one in the end...

...and had a little modesty panel put in the middle just to stop everyone being able to see down my top all night x
