Help me with my absurd list of criteria

Hello all! I am in a scrolling vortex and would love some help. I am looking for a summer dress that would be suitable for things like after work social drinks, and general non-formal but would like to look nice events over the summer. I have been scrolling for hours but haven't done much shopping in the last few years so feel a bit lost. I think maybe I'm being too picky but am looking for the following

-bold/bright colours
-pattern acceptable but not floral (particularly smallish or "ditsy" floral)
-not pastel colours
-ideally on/not too far above the knee but open to midi/maxi
-wearable with proper bra
-covers the armpit area, so either quite chunky straps or else some sort of sleeve scenario
-a fabric that won't be super static
-some sort of shape/nipping in at the waist

I am mid 30s, about 5'3/4", somewhere between an 8 and a 10, a bit soft in the middle, a bit boobier than average (and said boobs are a lot nearer to my bellybutton than my chin than they used to be), slightly lumpy hourglass shape.

Does it exist? I think I might be dreaming of a dress that will turn me into what I would like to look like (an effortlessly chic and slightly edgy/cool model type) instead of one that will suit me now (small squishy mother hurtling towards 40). Can you help?

I’ve got a couple of nice dresses from Nobody’s Child this summer.

The Vienna mini dress comes in a load of different patterns / colours and might be knee length on you. I’m 5ft9 and it hits mid thigh on me.

Have a look at the JL AND/OR Skylar dress, lovely thick 100% cotton, animal print . I bought it at weekend, they only have a few sizes online, but I picked up an 8 instore and it fitted, I’m usually a size 10. I’m really pleased with it ( was half price too)
