Best conditioner for sun:sea damaged hair?

Argan Oil (brown and lime green bottle) which you can find in B&M, Poundland and the likes. I'm using it after getting it as part of a birthday bundle and it's brilliant - better than the Aussie one I had been using.

Not to be confused with the Argan Oil of Morocco one.
