Summer dress for high waist

My waist is practically just under my breasts, well that's the narrowest part anyway. Empireline dresses suit my shape but I'm after something more floaty
I see lots of women wearing them that fit under the breasts but can't find much I the shops. The seam is either too low or they are smocks that hang from my breasts down and just look shapeless

Well, I have just returned an entire order of Crew Clothing summer dresses because the waists were all under my armpits, so sounds like they'd be perfect for you!

Out of interest, where have you been seeing dresses with low waists? Because I need some for my shape, and can't find any. Everything is two to three inches above my natural waist.

I'm high waisted too. I've noticed some Nobody's Child styles that have a very high waist.

I think I must be shaped like tweedle dum and tweedle dee😄
I've returned dresses recently from fat face, M&S and whitestuff because all the waists were too low
