I previously bought these and I think (but am not totally sure) they have made a small difference to my skin and hair. I take other stuff for joints (chondroitin etc) so would not be entirely sure it is collagen supplement making the difference to my joints.
I am about to press re-purchase on this from amazon (its the "Amazon Choice" not sure what if anything that means in terms of it being better than anything else) ...although I noticed that it has recently gone up price wise and I wondered whether anyone could recommend anything different.
(Sadly I am not in the market/budget for expensive daily liquid shots etc).
