Any recommendations for something that people have used and have seen a visible difference?

I don't think there is.

The trick is to treat the neck and décolletage the same as you would your face.

Every time.
Now I think of it - very high SPF on décolletage.

I think to really help, you need a red light therapy device. I've heard really good things, about them, but they're expensive.

I’ve always moisturised my neck with the same products as my face and yet the crepiness has set in. I don’t know that anything helps. I think it started quite suddenly after I lost some weight - 1.5 stones - I think that was the trigger. It’s sad - it’s a sign of ageing you really can’t control!

I've heard differing advice about using Tretinoin on these areas., so watching thread with interest.

As it is I use extra moisturiser or body cream, whatever is to hand. I haven't got the loose skin some friends have yet (though they're generally older, some, around late 40s).

I had a sample pot of the new no 7 serum for renewing skin and that seemed to help my wrinkly chest a bit, unfortunately I cannot afford to buy it at the moment though!

I find Tret too harsh but I’ve been using Prai and it does seem to make a difference if you use it all the time. I’m quite interested in trying the Beauty Pie Youthbomb body cream too. I always use a high SPF all year round

Tretinoin. I use 0.05 3 x per week. I cannot use it on my neck & chest as it causes a nasty reaction (even at lower concentration and buffered), but it has improved my complexion and the skin on my hands/arms.

Prai is supposed to be fantastic but I've not tried it

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 02/07/2023 21:21

I like the Prai one, but it's not a miracle cream.
