Help!
Major break out!
Need zit police urgently!
Seriously, what product would you recommend (other than a paper bag over my head!).
Apologies if this has been done before, tried to search without success.
TIA

I gave up (well cut down) dairy. Sorry no tips for what to do once they've arrived.

Body shop sage and comfrey spot treatment, dries them up if you whack it on before they even appear (the pressured under-the-skin type ones)

I'd recommend it! But then we all have different skin/zits!

lavender oil.

10% benzoyl peroxide (or 5% if sensitive skin) from pharmacy

it will bleach towels, pillowcases etc though

Although I will no doubt hear shreiks of horror from the beauty experts I use a pin to make a tiny hole in the skin, remove any nastiness and then use nail varnish remover which dries up the skin really quickly.

clearasil emergnecy spot gel
