Are there any other brands like Harkel?

I buy most of my clothes on vinted so hadn't noticed that Harkel, one of my faves, has now gone.

I wanted to buy a Harkel voucher for our class teacher's end of year gift as she always wears the most fabulous skirts and she'd have loved theirs.

I've tried Joanie and Popsy but they just aren't as fun and swishy. Are there any good alternatives where a skirt would be in the region of £30ish?

Lindy Bop has that vibe, although they're only available on third party websites. Collectif has lovely colourful swishy skirts but over budget.
