Comfy, loose tops that hide my belly for summer?

I never seem to be able to find just simple, loose or floaty tops for summer (or just anything that I don't have to suck my belly in for!)

I have always had a big tummy but still look fairly pregnant after my second child (I have a diastasis recti), I would love any suggestions of styles or places I could find decent quality summery tops that don't cling to me?

if you’re relatively short, this would look good. I’m 5 foot 1 and it is only a little bit too long on me. If you’re tall, I think it might not be long enough to drape over a tummy. I have it in the copper but the black looks really nice too

I’ve recommended this before. I bought it recently and it really is lovely on.

But other styles can work too. I wore them as loose tops pre pregnancy, they were loose enough to wear comfortably through my whole pregnancy, and now I wear them and just lift up to feed my baby! When I wore them at work I wore a vest underneath as the fabric is a bit sheer (just on these not other style tops) but I don't bother when not at work. They're nice and soft! In fact I just got a few new Apricot tops from Vinted as I know I can trust they'll fit.

@continentallentil I don’t find ‘minimising’ a useful path to go down, though. I’d rather just wear the nicest things I can find.

But, at a more realistic price, this looks potentially good, as the gathering at the back will mean a looser front.

Fat Face have a few bits in that look quite forgiving! This broderie top or Linen T-shirt could be worth a try.

I’d suggest trying to stay away from jersey type fabrics - they drape nicely but also cling, whereas solid fabrics that have their own shape won’t drape showing your tummy in the same way.

If you've got a Roman shop anywhere nearby I'd recommend a visit. They seem to have different things in store than on their website and they're really good. I've got a big tum (and bum!) and regularly find lovely tops and dresses in there.

Asda do a swing vest, its £7 and massively flattering

At 5 feet 0 inches I struggle!However I tend to buy one size up .I find that a loose fit hides a multitude of sins!Also like Monsoon and similar .Well cut and forgiving.Usually get half price or pre loved on E Bay.

I’m looking for simple cotton trousers for summer. Must be full length ( not cropped ) and straight fit (not skinny). Seems a simple request but proving very difficult to find at a reasonable price (below £30) in size 18. Had anyone spotted any? I’d be grateful for some help. Thanks in advance
