Looking for my DD age 20 going to ascot, has to be knee length and no bare shoulders. Size 14, would love some recommendations for brands so we can look on vinted as she definately won't wear it again.

Also avoid dresses with cut out bits in the stomach and back as these styles seem to be popular this year.

Can't go wrong with formal dresses from Reiss, Hobbs, M&S, Coast, Cos, & Other Stories, Finery, Ted Baker and Whistles.

Vinted is tricky as a dress like she's looking for might not fit
She will probably have to try a few on

I’ve worn dresses from both Coast & Lipsy to the Royal Enclosure at Ascot and they are flattering without being frumpy. Chi Chi and Ever Pretty are other brands to look at.
the rules vary depending on the enclosure at Ascot and facinators are not accepted in the Royal Enclosure but should be ok for Queen Anne & Windsor.

This is nice.

Ted Baker have a lot of nice dresses this year and the prices seem to have dropped just now.
