Help me find my Nan this dress!

Hi all,
My 92 year old Nan is due to go to a family wedding next month. She's not fit to go out shopping herself, but wants a new dress. She's fallen in love with the dress Sue Cook wears in her latest cremation advert. I'm usually pretty good and sleuthing but can't find it anywhere! Does anyone know where it's from or have any idea how to hunt it down? I'd be eternally grateful!
