Dressing for a Thanksgiving / Celebration of Life Service

I'm 60, but young at heart, 5ft 1 and size 16. Desperately in need of clothing for a Celebration of Life Service. Everything I have is more designed for autumn / winter and I think weather is going to border on 27 degrees.

Anyone recommend anything appropriate from their shopping trawls?

What's your budget? What would you like to wear - dress, trousers, skirt? What shoes will you wear? Do you want to shop in person or online? Preferences re. fabric, colour, styles? Dress code for the event (black/no black?)

I was younger- but wore a shocking pink jumpsuit to my dad's. The memory still brings me joy.

It's a celebration, so of course NO BLACK. I'd prefer a dress, I'm short and stumpy, trousers / skirts and tops kinda cut me in half.,
