I've had a similar pair from Gap but a few years ago now. That picture is from Jurassic Park isn't it....which was 30 years ago this year!!

Have you had a look at Zara and Mango. That sort of shape seems to be popular this year. And lots of shorts on the wearsmymoney blog post that @CalmDownBoris72 posted.
