How long with no hair after wax?

I want to get waxed before my holiday, haven’t done it in years (usually shave) but the only appointment I can book is 7 days before we go away and then the holiday is 10 days long. Is it worth it? Will it leave me hairless for 17 days? It’s quite pricey to do legs and full bikini so want to check before booking.

I would be having a fair bit of regrrowth after that amount of time, but everyone's hair is different.
Have a look on treatwell for more availability, find a different salon.

@allgrownupnow it’s not about the salon unfortunately, it’s that my DH works in shifts and I have to look after DC and can only go a week before the holiday

For me, I'm good 5-7 days or so after waxing, but after that there's some noticeable regrowth starting.

Sometimes I get waxed at my destination if I run out of time beforehand. Is that an option for you? Eg are you going to a hotel/spa or resort with waxing services, or to a good sized town/city where there are salons?

I probs wouldn't bother with your legs but I would get a bikini wax, mine last a good 2-3 weeks before anything noticeable starts appearing but I do have it done every 4 weeks which may make a difference

Wouldn’t be any good for me. When are you going? Do you have time to invest in a lumea (home ipl device, the braun ones are good too) and use that…you probably need 6 weeks of treatment to see a difference with it though.

That would be fine for me but I wax regularly

About 3 days before there’s some popping through and about 7-10 days for proper regrowth.
