Have you seen any sandals like these?

I have multiple foot problems and am trying to juggle them with what's available. These come pretty close but I have to have a thicker or wedge sole. Has anyone seen anything? They have to be wide fit and fairly flat with an ankle strap and also cover the top of the foot.

Not asking for too much, am l?

Those are great thank you, except that I have sworn never to buy fit flops again as the last pair I had were terrible quality so I would still be grateful for any other suggestions.

Try Pavers. I have a similar pair from there, though from a few years ago.

I think camper might have some. They also have an outlet on amazon so look at main site and amazon too

Maybe Seasalt will have something?
I have real difficulties finding anything comfortable for various reasons and finally found some from there. They can come up wide and I needed a smaller size, but now have 3 pairs of comfy sandals (all the same style). They seem to be lasting well too.

If you Google arch support sandals there should be a few which match your needs - not sure how pretty they'll be pretty they'll be though!
Might be worth a look at sketchers

Bluevelvetsofa · 10/06/2023 14:27

Next do a range of manufacturers now, including Pavers. They have wide fitting styles too.

Marks and spencers online sell half sizes and wide fit. I always get my sandals there. I've got some nice orange ones from there with studs in. I love them.

RosesAndHellebores · 10/06/2023 14:53

Try googling Gabor. They have a style similar to the tan leather cross overs linked above. It comes in tan and navy. I bought a pair last year and they are honestly the most comfy sandals I have ever owned. I need a wide fitting, arch support and super comfort.

I've just bought a pair of saltwater sandals with the thicker soles. Incredibly comfy

Try Pikolinios

Try "yours" great selection of sandals and reasonable prices. My daughter has problems finding comfortable (and stylish) footwear but bought 2 pairs there yesterday

MerylSqueak · 10/06/2023 17:15

Thank you for all your suggestions. I'm looking them all up. I thought the Bertie ones were IT but I can only find a 3 and I want a 7 ( well, 6.5 but they usually don't do them).

Clarks have this style in a few different colours right now, all with very supportive chunky soles!

Luckymummytoone · 10/06/2023 22:32

Have you looked at saltwater sandals? Xx
