Budget/high street soft eyeliner

As above, looking for a soft eyeliner that I can get today. I'm in a city, have a Boots and a department store but no Clinique say, I usually use their quickeye eyeliner. I like them soft rather than a real pencil. TIA.

I always rate the Avon ones. You can buy online without a rep these days. Glimmer sticks they are called if I remember correctly. Soft and smudgeable.

I always used the Clinique Quickliner you mentioned. Now I use Avon Glimmersticks or Kiko. Both same kind of softness, but lasting. Both propelling pencil like the Clinique.
